Packed with healthy fats, protein, fiber, and antioxidants, it’s a smart and nourishing choice for moms on the go. Whether you’re breastfeeding, recovering, or chasing after little ones, this snack can help stabilize blood sugar, curb cravings, and provide a gentle mood boost.


✨ Ingredients:


• 1 large crisp apple (Honeycrisp or Fuji work great), sliced into rings

• 2–3 tablespoons of natural peanut butter (or almond butter)

• Dark chocolate chips or melted dark chocolate (optional drizzle)

• Unsweetened shredded coconut

• Crushed almonds or chopped walnuts

• Optional: a drizzle of natural caramel or date syrup
